Allied is eager to announce that it has completed the first of three phases of renovation for its Grand Showroom that debuted on October 29th, 2009. It will house the best and most successful sales and brokerage consultants in the marine industry with the largest portfolio of exclusive products in both new and brokerage sales.
Set within the heart of the yachting capital of the world, Fort Lauderdale, Allied Marine’s Grand Showroom is currently undergoing a total innovative renovation that will stand out amongst other yacht dealers in the area. This major overhaul is a direct result of the emphasis that Ferretti Group is placing on the North American market. Over the next twelve months, Allied Marine will proceed with additional improvements to the internal offices and develop an exclusive décor showcase, which will display some of the sought after décor found on the prestigious Italian designed vessels. The impressive new showroom will set a new benchmark to draw international travellers and yachting enthusiasts from around the world.
The renovation of the facility is being undertaken by architect Max Strang and designer Kimberly Diamant, who are taking a unique approach to its interior and exterior design. The overall design is inspired by the environment and the beauty of the exclusive vessels that are nestled in the surrounding water. A large, covered showroom will provide a fresh air feeling and an open layout, similar to the design of the interior of one of the vessels, in which all of the earth’s elements combine to create a soothing experience while out on the water. Special emphasis on using environmentally friendly resources will be applied in the construction process with either recycled or renewable resource materials.
